Access the dictation area
Open Whisperit and click on « Template » to view the list of available templates
Select the “Dictation with Punctuation” template
Choose this template to ensure a formal and structured transcription tailored to your needs.
Prepare your environment
Make sure you’re in a quiet space to minimize audio interference. If you're recording on behalf of a client, inform them and obtain their consent.
Start the recording
Click the record button and begin dictating, clearly stating the punctuation (e.g., «Hello, comma. I am writing to you regarding, colon…»).
Stop and save
Once your dictation is complete, save the recording for transcription.
Submit the audio to Whisperit
The recording will be automatically analyzed. You may also upload an external audio file for transcription.
Wait a few moments
