Sometimes, the AI may generate a response that only partially meets your needs, or even goes off-topic. No worries! With Whisperit, you can refine or regenerate results quickly and easily.

Follow this guide to get the most out of the AI and obtain optimal answers with each execution.

How to regenerate a response with Whisperit

1. Open the « Timeline » tab

   At the top right of your scree, click the « Timeline » icon 🕑. This tab lets you review the history of your prompts and their outputs.

2. Click « Reprocess »

   Locate the prompt you want to run again and click the « Reprocess » button. The AI will execute the same instruction using the exact same inputs as before.

3. Get a new version

   Even with the same instruction and ingredients, the AI will generate a new answer — and it might perfectly match your expectations.

What if the results are still not satisfying?

• Check your audio recording: Make sure the file is complete and clear, and that no background noise is interfering with comprehension.
• Refine your document template: Adjust the prompt instructions in your template to better guide the AI. Try applying the RCT acronym – Role, Context, Task – to help the AI by clearly assigning it a role, a context, and a task.
• Add a knowledge base: Import files or provide more context directly in your prompt.
