Do you use specific jargon or expressions in your field that the AI doesn’t always understand? With Whisperit, you can integrate your keywords and expressions so the AI produces documents tailored to your context with accurate terminology.

How to add your vocabulary

1. Open an existing template or create a new one

   Go to the « Templates » section from the main menu and select an existing template or click on « Create new templates ».

2. Add your specific keywords or expressions

   • In the « Prompt » section, insert your professional vocabulary (e.g., legal or technical terms) into a dedicated section such as “General instructions”

   • Separate words or expressions with commas or line breaks for better readability.

   • Use the Markdown format to structure your instructions. Here's an example for a veterinarian :

     ## Context
     you are an assistant responsible for writing a report for [...] **strictly follow the instructions below..**
     
     ### General instructions 
     1. Use the correct spelling for medical terms and proper nouns in the veterinary field (e.g., breed names, medications, and conditions). refer to the list below for correct spellings. conditions: mastocytoma, fibrosarcoma, lymphoma, hemangiosarcoma, low grade. breeds: maine coon, german shepherd, persian, labrador retriever. medications and tests: PARR, cytology, histopathology, doxorubicin. if a word or term is not found in the list above, keep its spelling as provided in the original data.  
     2. Prioritize precise, clear, and professional language  .
     3. Write dates in the format DD.MM.YYYY.

3. Save your changes

   Click « Save » to apply your updates. The AI will now take these terms into account to produce more accurate documents.

4. Test and improve your template

   Try generating a document with your template to ensure it meets your expectations. It’s common to review and adjust the model as needed for better results.
